The Red Jacket Red Jacket basketball squad (Shortsville, NY), was crushed 72-34 in Thursday's league battle with the host Honeoye Bulldogs (Honeoye, NY)

With the victory, Honeoye advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Livonia (Livonia, NY) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Sunday, January 12. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a record of 2-3. Livonia won 70-56 in their recent non-league battle against Perry (Perry, NY)

The Red Jacket now own a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Seneca for a Section 5 Finger Lakes - West battle on Wednesday, January 15.
