Kamiah Kubs (Kamiah, ID) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Orofino Maniacs (Orofino, ID), 111-38 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Kamiah advances its record to 8-0 on the year. The Kubs travel to Logos (Moscow, ID) to meet the Knights in a 2A White Pine match on Saturday, January 11. The Knights enter the match with a record of 6-4. Logos lost 60-54 in their recent non-league test against Lapwai (Lapwai, ID)

The Maniacs (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Kellogg (Kellogg, ID). The Wildcats come into the 3A Central Idaho test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Kellogg bounced Grangeville (Grangeville, ID), 65-50, in a league test.
