The MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen basketball team scored 78 points and limited the host Le Mars Bulldogs to 58 in the Dutchmen non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Dutchmen now have a 8-1 record. They play next when they host Boyden-Hull for a Siouxland game on Friday, January 10. MOC-Floyd Valley will confront a Comets team coming off a 61-46 league win over Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA). The Comets record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, Le Mars falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Storm Lake (Storm Lake, IA) to confront the Tornadoes in a non-league game on Friday, January 10. The Tornadoes go into the game with a record of 6-1. Storm Lake lost 57-53 in their recent non-league game against Carroll (Carroll, IA)
