The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Livingston Lancers (Livingston, NJ) and the visiting Science Park Chargers (Newark, NJ), observed Livingston's basketball team overcome Science Park by a margin of 49-36.

The Lancers (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Montclair (Montclair, NJ). The Mounties come into the non-league challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Montclair dropped by Caldwell (West Caldwell, NJ), 53-48, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Chargers battle the Millburn Millers (Millburn, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Science Park will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Millers come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 69-64 league loss to Irvington (Irvington, NJ).
