The Seaford Vikings basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Malverne Mules to 52 in the Vikings league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now possess a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lawrence for a Section 8 VIII game on Tuesday, January 14. Seaford will confront a Golden Tornadoes team coming off a 70-39 league loss to Wheatley (Old Westbury, NY). The Golden Tornadoes record now stands at 0-6.

With the loss, Malverne falls to 2-2 on the campaign. The Mules travel to Friends Academy (Locust Valley, NY) to confront the Quakers in a Section 8 VIII game on Friday, January 17. The Quakers go into the game with a record of 6-3.
