In Thursday's league contest, the host Mechanicsburg Wildcats basketball team scored a good 60-43 triumph over the Mifflin County Huskies.
The Wildcats (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Red Land (Lewisberry, PA). The Patriots go into the Mid-Penn - Keystone contest with a 5-7 record. In their last contest, Red Land was topped by Lower Dauphin (Hummelstown, PA), 57-35, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Huskies confront the Milton Hershey Spartans (Hershey, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Keystone contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Mifflin County will attempt to better on its 4-6 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 4-0 record after their 57-28 league win over Cedar Cliff (Camp Hill, PA).
