In Thursday's non-league contest, the host St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans basketball team scored a good 64-45 win over the Monroe Township Falcons.

The Trojans (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ). The Knights come into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Sayreville Bombers (Parlin, NJ) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 11. Monroe Township will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Bombers come into the contest with a 8-2 record after their 79-53 non-league loss to East Brunswick (East Brunswick, NJ).
