With the victory, Santa Clarita Christian advances its record to 9-6 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Vasquez (Acton, CA) to meet the Mustangs in a Heritage battle on Monday, January 13. The Mustangs enter the battle with a record of 13-5. Vasquez won 73-60 in their recent league battle against Valley Torah (Valley Village, CA)

The Griffins now own a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trinity Classical Academy for a Heritage battle on Friday, January 10. The Palmdale Aerospace Academy will meet a Knights squad coming off a 64-55 league win over Lancaster Baptist (Lancaster, CA). The Knights record now stands at 13-5.
