The Sterling Heights Stallions basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Hazel Park Vikings to 46 in the Stallions non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Stallions now have a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Marysville for a non-league game on Friday, January 10.

With the loss, Hazel Park falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Vikings host Mott (Waterford, MI) to confront the Corsairs in a non-league game on Monday, January 13. The Corsairs go into the game with a record of 0-0.
