Florida High School Basketball - Academy at the Lakes bests Lakeside Christian

The Academy at the Lakes Wildcats basketball team scored 44 points and limited the host Lakeside Christian Lions to 36 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wildcats now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Seven Rivers Christian for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. Academy at the Lakes will confront a Warriors team coming off a 60-40 non-league win over Redeemer Christian (Ocala, FL). The Warriors record now stands at 9-4.
With the loss, Lakeside Christian falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Lions travel to St. Petersburg Catholic (St. Petersburg, FL) to confront the Barons in a non-league game on Friday, January 10.
