North Carolina High School Basketball - Liberty Christian Academy overwhelmed by Arendell Parrott Academy

In Thursday's non-league test, the Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots (Kinston, NC) basketball squad trounced the host Liberty Christian Academy Heat (Richlands, NC), by a final score of 57-21.

Next, the Patriots clash with the Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes (Wilmington, NC) in a NCISAA Coastal Plain test, on Tuesday, January 14. Arendell Parrott Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-3 season record. The Hurricanes come into the test with a 11-4 record after their 61-53 league win over Greenfield (Wilson, NC).

The Heat (0-13) will now prepare for their test against John Paul II Catholic (Greenville, NC). The Saints come into the non-league test with a 14-1 record. In their last test, John Paul II Catholic bounced Epiphany (New Bern, NC), 59-14, in a league test.
