The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Chapman Panthers (Inman, SC) and the visiting Greer Middle College Blazers (Taylors, SC), observed Chapman's basketball team overwhelm Greer Middle College by a score of 74-25.

The Panthers (8-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain View Prep (Spartanburg, SC). The Stars come into the Freelance challenge with a 1-13 record. In their last challenge, Mountain View Prep was routed by Union County (Union, SC), 35-20, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Blazers encounter the Woodruff Wolverines (Woodruff, SC) in a AAA Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Greer Middle College will attempt to improve on its 3-11 season record. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a 13-3 record after their 54-42 league win over Broome (Spartanburg, SC).
