In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Colfax Vikings basketball team scored a big 70-31 win over the Glenwood City Hilltoppers.
The Vikings (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against McDonell Central (Chippewa Falls, WI). The Macks come into the non-league contest with a 6-6 record. In their last contest, McDonell Central was trounced by Fall Creek (Fall Creek, WI), 45-31, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Hilltoppers battle the Elk Mound Mounders (Elk Mound, WI) in a Dunn-St. Croix contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Glenwood City will attempt to better on its 5-6 season record. The Mounders come into the contest with a 11-1 record after their 69-17 league win over Elmwood/Plum City (Elmwood, WI).
