South Carolina High School Basketball - Northwestern trounced by Fort Mill

Fort Mill Yellow Jackets (Fort Mill, SC) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Northwestern Trojans (Rock Hill, SC), 49-12 in a league match.

With the victory, Fort Mill advances its record to 9-7 on the year. The Yellow Jackets travel to Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC) to meet the Warriors in a AAAAA Region 3 match on Friday, January 17. The Warriors enter the match with a record of 4-12.

The Trojans now own a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rock Hill for a AAAAA Region 3 match on Tuesday, January 14. Northwestern will meet a Bearcats squad coming off a 57-32 league win over Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC). The Bearcats record now stands at 11-5.
