The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons (Tyngsborough, MA) and the visiting Northeast Metro RVT Knights (Wakefield, MA), observed Greater Lowell Tech's basketball team overwhelm Northeast Metro RVT by a score of 56-28.

The Gryphons (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Groton-Dunstable (Groton, MA). The Crusaders come into the non-league challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Groton-Dunstable trounced North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA), 53-24, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights encounter the Lynn Vo-Tech Tigers (Lynn, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 10. Northeast Metro RVT will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
