In Thursday's league contest, the host Holston Cavaliers basketball team scored a good 35-25 triumph over the Patrick Henry Rebels.
The Cavaliers (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Tazewell (Tazewell, VA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Tazewell was topped by Patrick Henry (Glade Spring, VA), 43-25, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rebels battle the Chilhowie Warriors (Chilhowie, VA) in a Hogoheegee battle, on Tuesday, January 14. Patrick Henry will attempt to advance on its 3-11 season record.
