The South Jefferson Spartans (Adams, NY) basketball were winner over the host Immaculate Heart Central Cavaliers (Watertown, NY), 51-39 in Thursday's league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they host Carthage for a Section 3 Frontier AA/A/B/D game on Tuesday, January 14.
With the loss, Immaculate Heart Central falls to 5-3 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Lyme Central (Chaumont, NY) to confront the Lakers in a non-league game on Saturday, January 11. The Lakers go into the game with a record of 0-5.
