The Olive Branch Conquistadors basketball team scored 82 points and limited the visiting Saltillo Tigers to 42 in the Conquistadors league triumph on Thursday.

The Conquistadors now possess a 13-7 record. They play next when they travel to Grenada for a 6A Region 1 game on Tuesday, January 14. Olive Branch will play a Chargers team coming off a 42-26 non-league win over Coahoma County (Clarksdale, MS). The Chargers record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, Saltillo falls to 4-15 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Center Hill (Olive Branch, MS) to play the Mustangs in a 6A Region 1 game on Tuesday, January 14. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 6-13. Center Hill won 57-56 in their recent league game against Lake Cormorant (Lake Cormorant, MS)
