The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Saegertown Panthers (Saegertown, PA) and the visiting Rocky Grove Orioles (Franklin, PA), observed Saegertown's basketball team overwhelm Rocky Grove by a margin of 61-29.

The Panthers (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Meadville (Meadville, PA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 3-7 record.

In their next game, the Orioles battle the Commodore Perry Panthers (Hadley, PA) in a District 10 Region 2 challenge, on Monday, January 13. Rocky Grove will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 4-6 record after their 61-41 league loss to Cambridge Springs (Cambridge Springs, PA).
