The Stone Memorial Panthers basketball squad (Crossville, TN), was crushed 71-42 in Thursday's league battle with the host Upperman Bees (Baxter, TN)
With the victory, Upperman advances its record to 17-3 on the year. The Bees host Livingston Academy (Livingston, TN) to meet the Wildcats in a 3A District 7 battle on Tuesday, January 14. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 3-4.
The Panthers now own a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host White County for a 3A District 7 battle on Tuesday, January 14. Stone Memorial will meet a Warriors squad coming off a 67-22 league win over DeKalb County (Smithville, TN). The Warriors record now stands at 17-2.
