In Thursday's league contest, the visiting Poplar Springs Atomics basketball team scored a close 47-44 win over the Bethlehem Wildcats.
The Atomics (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Vernon (Vernon, FL). The Yellowjackets come into the contest with a 0-6 record.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Northside Methodist Academy Knights (Dothan, AL) in a non-league contest, on Monday, January 27. Bethlehem will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record.
