Florida High School Basketball - Palmetto victorious over Braden River

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Palmetto Tigers basketball team scored a good 63-50 triumph over the Braden River Pirates.
The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Southeast (Bradenton, FL). The Seminoles go into the non-league contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Southeast topped Cardinal Mooney (Sarasota, FL), 46-42, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pirates battle the Winthrop College Prep Academy Spartans (Riverview, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 10. Braden River will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Spartans go into the contest with a 11-0 record after their 43-40 non-league win over Specially Fit Academy Blue (Dover, FL).
