In Thursday's non-league test, the Kentwood Conquerors (Covington, WA) basketball squad defeated the host Kentridge Chargers (Kent, WA), by a final score of 48-40.
Next, the Conquerors clash with the Auburn Trojans (Auburn, WA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 14. Kentwood will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 9-1 record after their 77-39 non-league win over Auburn Riverside (Auburn, WA).
The Chargers (6-3) will now prepare for their test against Mt. Rainier (Des Moines, WA). The Rams come into the non-league test with a 7-6 record. In their last test, Mt. Rainier went down by Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA), 54-51, in a non-league test.
