The Woonsocket Villa Novans basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Mt. Pleasant Kilties to 37 in the Villa Novans non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Villa Novans now have a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Rogers for a non-league game on Monday, January 13. Woonsocket will confront a Vikings team coming off a 56-25 non-league loss to Cranston West (Cranston, RI). The Vikings record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Mt. Pleasant falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Kilties host Central (Providence, RI) to confront the Knights in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 15. The Knights go into the game with a record of 2-4.
