California High School Basketball - Placer holds off Roseville

The Placer Hillmen basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting Roseville Tigers to 64 in the Hillmen league triumph on Thursday.
The Hillmen now have a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Nevada Union for a game on Tuesday, January 14. Placer will confront a Miners team coming off a 48-33 league win over Del Campo (Fair Oaks, CA). The Miners record now stands at 11-7.
With the loss, Roseville falls to 7-9 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA) to confront the Miners in a game on Tuesday, January 21. The Miners go into the game with a record of 11-7.
