The Dexter Dreadnaughts basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Saline Hornets to 47 in the Dreadnaughts league triumph on Friday.
The Dreadnaughts now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Huron for a Southeastern - Red test on Tuesday, January 13. Dexter will clash with a River Rats squad coming off a 75-50 non-league win over L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI). The River Rats record now stands at 9-1.
The Hornets (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Monroe (Monroe, MI). The Trojans come into the Southeastern - Red test with a 2-8 record. In their last test, Monroe went down by Bedford (Temperance, MI), 54-27, in a league test.
