Next, the Wildcats confront the South Johnston Trojans (Four Oaks, NC) in a Quad County 3A challenge, on Monday, October 4. West Johnston will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to East Wake (Wendell, NC).

The Spartans now have a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Wake for a Quad County 3A challenge on Monday, October 4. Smithfield-Selma will confront a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league win over South Johnston (Four Oaks, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 2-8.
