Glastonbury Tomahawks (Glastonbury, CT) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Bristol Eastern Lancers (Bristol, CT), 3-2 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Tomahawks clash with the Simsbury Trojans (Simsbury, CT) in a Central Connecticut - West match, on Monday, October 4. Glastonbury will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Trojans come into the match with a 9-2 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to South Windsor (South Windsor, CT).

With the loss, Bristol Eastern drops to 8-2 on the campaign. The Lancers travel to Bristol Central (Bristol, CT) to clash with the Rams in a Central Connecticut - South match on Monday, October 4.
