Fruitland Grizzlies (Fruitland, ID) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Ontario Tigers (Ontario, OR), 6-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Grizzlies confront the McCall-Donnelly Vandals (McCall, ID) in a 3A District III challenge, on Tuesday, October 4. Fruitland will attempt to better on its 11-2 season record. The Vandals enter the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 10-0 league win over Payette (Payette, ID).
The Tigers now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host Baker for a challenge on Thursday, October 6.
