Williamsville East Flames (East Amherst, NY) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Williamsville South Billies (Williamsville, NY), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Flames confront the West Seneca East Trojans (West Seneca, NY) in a challenge, on Monday, October 3. Williamsville East will attempt to better on its 9-1 season record. The Trojans enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 10-0 league loss to Williamsville East (East Amherst, NY).
The Billies now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hamburg for a Erie County Interscholastic Conference bout on Thursday, October 6.
