The Cheyenne Mountain Red-Tailed Hawks softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Lewis-Palmer Rangers to 10 in the Red-Tailed Hawks non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Cheyenne Mountain improves its record to 10-1 on the year. The Red-Tailed Hawks travel to Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO) to clash with the Thunder in a non-league game on Tuesday, October 4. The Thunder come into the game with a record of 4-4.

The Rangers (3-10) will now prepare for their outing against Palmer Ridge (Monument, CO). The Bears enter the non-league outing with a 0-2 record.
