The Cougars (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountainair (Mountainair, NM). The Mustangs come into the 1A District 3 challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Mountainair went down by Magdalena (Magdalena, NM), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lynx encounter the Dulce Hawks (Dulce, NM) in a 2A District 1 challenge, on Saturday, October 15. Rehoboth Christian will attempt to move on its 6-11 season record.
