The Riggs Governors topped the host Brandon Valley Lynx volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's league test.
The Governors now have a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Huron for a AA District 1 test on Tuesday, October 4. Riggs will confront a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lincoln (Sioux Falls, SD). The Tigers record now stands at 12-5.
The Lynx (3-13) will now prepare for their test against O'Gorman (Sioux Falls, SD). The Knights enter the AA District 1 test with a 11-3 record. In their last test, O'Gorman gained a win over Sioux Falls Christian (Sioux Falls, SD), 3-2, in a non-league test.
