The Estacado Matadors topped the host Snyder Tigers volleyball squad by a margin of 3-1 in Saturday's league contest.

Next up, the Matadors battle the Sweetwater Mustangs (Sweetwater, TX) in a 4A Region I District 5 contest, on Tuesday, October 4. Estacado will attempt to better on its 8-18 season record.

With the loss, Snyder moves to 4-26 on the year. The Tigers travel to Lake View (San Angelo, TX) to battle the Chiefs in a 4A Region I District 5 contest on Tuesday, October 4. The Chiefs go into the contest with a record of 10-11. Lake View lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Levelland (Levelland, TX)
