Virginia High School Volleyball - Harlan County overwhelmed by Rye Cove

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Rye Cove Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Harlan County Black Bears.
The Eagles (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against J.I. Burton (Norton, VA). The Black Raiders come into the Cumberland battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, J.I. Burton went down by Twin Springs (Nickelsville, VA), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Black Bears encounter the Letcher County Central Cougars / Lady Cougars (Whitesburg, KY) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 4. Harlan County will attempt to move on its 0-8 season record.
