The Lower Brule Sioux topped the visiting Takini Skyhawks volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Sioux now have a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host More for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 11. Lower Brule will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Philip (Philip, SD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 14-14.
The Skyhawks (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Tiospaye Topa (Ridgeview, SD). The Thunderhawks enter the B Region 8 test with a 1-6 record. In their last test, Tiospaye Topa was knocked off by Little Wound (Kyle, SD), 2-0, in a non-league test.
