The Mark Morris Monarchs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host WF West Bearcats to 0 in the Monarchs non-league victory on Saturday.

The Monarchs now have a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Anacortes for a non-league game on Saturday, October 1. Mark Morris will meet a Seahawks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Squalicum (Bellingham, WA). The Seahawks record now stands at 3-6.

The Bearcats (2-6) will now prepare for their game against Shelton (Shelton, WA). The Highclimbers enter the 2A Evergreen game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Shelton gained a win over Aberdeen (Aberdeen, WA), 3-0, in a league game.
