Missouri High School Volleyball - Wheaton over Purdy

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Wheaton Bulldogs (Wheaton, MO) and the visiting Purdy Eagles (Purdy, MO), saw Wheaton's volleyball squad beat Purdy by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Wheaton upgrades its record to 5-6 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Billings (Billings, MO) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 4. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 8-7. Billings won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Hurley (Hurley, MO)

The Eagles now own a 2-20 record. They play next when they travel to Sarcoxie for a non-league bout on Monday, October 3. Purdy will play a Bears squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Marionville (Marionville, MO). The Bears record now stands at 7-7.
