South Carolina High School Volleyball - Wren can't hold off Southside Christian

October 1, 2022: Piedmont, SC 29673

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Southside Christian Sabres volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Wren Hurricanes.

The Sabres (11-9) will now prepare for their battle against High Point Academy (Spartanburg, SC). The come into the A Region 1 battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, High Point Academy was edged by St. Joseph's Catholic (Greenville, SC), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Hurricanes clash with the Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC) in a AAA Region 2 battle, on Tuesday, October 4. Wren will attempt to better on its 17-4 season record.
