The Willow Canyon Wildcats walloped the host Copper Canyon Aztecs flag football team by a score of 49-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Verrado Vipers (Buckeye, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 7. Willow Canyon will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Vipers go into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 35-7 league win over Desert Edge (Goodyear, AZ).

The Aztecs (0-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Canyon View (Waddell, AZ). The Jaguars go into the 5A Northwest challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Canyon View bounced Lake Havasu (Lake Havasu City, AZ), 28-0, in a non-league challenge.
