Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Rowland Hall Winged Lions (Salt Lake City, UT) and the visiting Draper APA Eagles (Draper, UT), saw Rowland Hall's soccer squad prevail over Draper APA by a count of 5-1.

The Winged Lions (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against American Heritage (American Fork, UT). The Patriots enter the 2A Region 17 battle with a 12-3 record. In their last battle, American Heritage tipped American Leadership Academy (Spanish Fork, UT), 11-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Eagles battle the North Summit Braves (Coalville, UT) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 3. Draper APA will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Braves enter the battle with a 4-10 record after their 4-0 non-league win over American Prep WV (West Valley City, UT).
