Waynedale Golden Bears (Apple Creek, OH) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Hillsdale Falcons (Jeromesville, OH), 6-2 in a league test.

With the triumph, Waynedale moves its record to 6-9 on the campaign. The Golden Bears host Northwestern (West Salem, OH) to clash with the Huskies in a Wayne County test on Saturday, October 5. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 7-4. Northwestern lost 5-1 in their recent non-league test against Hiland (Berlin, OH)

The Falcons now sport a 0-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Aquinas for a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. Hillsdale will clash with a Knights team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Lake Center Christian (Hartville, OH). The Knights record now stands at 1-11.
