In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Wasatch Wasps soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Springville Red Devils.

The Wasps (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT). The Golden Eagles go into the 5A Region 7 outing with a 11-4 record. In their last outing, Maple Mountain got by Cedar Valley (Eagle Mountain, UT), 1-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Red Devils confront the Timpview Thunderbirds (Provo, UT) in a 5A Region 7 outing, on Thursday, October 3. Springville will attempt to improve on its 6-10 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the outing with a 4-10 record after their 1-0 league loss to Salem Hills (Salem, UT).
