The Dixon Bulldogs soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting White Oak Vikings to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to West Carteret for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 3. Dixon will play a Patriots squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Richlands (Richlands, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, White Oak moves to 0-9 on the year. The Vikings travel to Croatan (Newport, NC) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 3. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 4-6. Croatan won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Swansboro (Swansboro, NC)
