In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Vail Christian Saints volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Vail Mountain Gore Rangers.
The Saints (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against West Grand (Kremmling, CO). The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, West Grand was beaten by Summit (Frisco, CO), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Gore Rangers meet the Caprock Academy Eagles (Grand Junction, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 4. Vail Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Grand Valley (Parachute, CO).
