Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Seaside Seagulls (Seaside, OR) and the visiting Banks Braves (Banks, OR), saw Seaside's soccer squad hold off Banks by a score of 2-1.

The Seagulls (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Astoria (Astoria, OR). The Fishermen enter the 4A Cowapa battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Astoria was edged by Tillamook (Tillamook, OR), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Braves confront the St. Helens Lions (St. Helens, OR) in a 4A Cowapa battle, on Thursday, October 3. Banks will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Lions enter the battle with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Scappoose (Scappoose, OR).
