Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Serra Catholic knocks off Bishop Canevin

In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Serra Catholic Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Bishop Canevin Crusaders.

The Eagles (3-10) will now prepare for their outing against Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (Coraopolis, PA). The Chargers go into the non-league outing with a 9-0 record. In their last outing, Our Lady of the Sacred Heart got by Brentwood (Pittsburgh, PA), 8-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Crusaders confront the Carlynton Cougars (Carnegie, PA) in a WPIAL A 4 outing, on Thursday, October 3. Bishop Canevin will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Cougars go into the outing with a 10-4 record after their 3-2 non-league loss to Aquinas Academy (Gibsonia, PA).
