The St. John's Prep Johnnies edged the host Minnewaska Area Lakers soccer team by a tally of 2-1 in Tuesday's league game.
The Lakers (1-8) will now prepare for their game against St. Cloud Cathedral (St. Cloud, MN). The Crusaders enter the Class A Section 8 game with a 13-0 record. In their last game, St. Cloud Cathedral held off Melrose (Melrose, MN), 5-1, in a league game.
