The Chiefs now possess a 21-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lovejoy for a 5A Region 3 battle on Thursday, October 3. McIntosh will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 13-1 league loss to Northgate (Newnan, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-8.

With the loss, Banneker moves to 1-15 on the season. The Trojans travel to Washington (Atlanta, GA) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 3. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 3-13. Washington lost 21-5 in their recent league battle against KIPP Atlanta Collegiate (Atlanta, GA)
