Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Skidmore-Tynan Bobcats (Skidmore, TX) and the visiting Agua Dulce Longhorns (Agua Dulce, TX), observed Skidmore-Tynan's volleyball team top Agua Dulce by a tally of 3-0.

The Bobcats (19-8) will now prepare for their contest against Three Rivers (Three Rivers, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 2A Region IV District 31 contest with a 10-17 record. In their last contest, Three Rivers was beaten by Refugio (Refugio, TX), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Longhorns meet the Freer Buckaroos (Freer, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 31 contest, on Friday, October 4. Agua Dulce will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Buckaroos enter the contest with a 24-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Three Rivers (Three Rivers, TX).
